How do your items fit?

T-shirts:

Are true to fit. This means that the size you have on at the moment, is probably gonna be the size that you need from us. Rest assure, if you do have a problem with the way your shirt fits, just send us an email, and we will be more than happy to answer questions.

What is your normal delivery time?

Each item is made to order. When you place your order the production process begins. Some items have crafts that are applied by hand. Deliveries are sent out 1 day after order is received.The normal delivery time is 2-4 days. However that is not always the case. Some orders will arrive much sooner & usually do. Please do not let the time frame discourage your purchase.

What form of payment do you accept?

We excepts all forms of credit card payment and debit cards EXCEPT American Express.

What is your return policy?

We DO accept returns, however, we Do Not give refunds. The reason for this is all items are made to order. If for some reason the item that you receive is the wrong size, send us an email and let us know, then simply send the item back in original state, and we will send a new one out to you. No exchanges on items that have been worn. Thank you

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing to shops and boutiques that wish to carry Jamaican Star Clothing.Please contact us for more info.
